Welcome to Viljami’s adventure & photography channel! Huaraz (Peru) is an excellent gateway for some incredible mountain hiking! We acclimatized in Paron Lake (4200m) & Lake 69 (4600m) — and finally headed to Huayhuash trek for 10 days. In total, we spent almost a month (26 days) in Huaraz. We both enjoyed the city itself too! In this video, join us as we embark on an epic 10-day trek through the stunning Huayhuash mountain range in Huaraz, Peru. Along the way, we’ll explore the breathtaking scenery of the Andés, including the famous Lake 69 and Paron Lake. 🏔️ This adventure is part of our six-month journey through South America, where we’re exploring the diverse cultures, landscapes, and experiences of this incredible continent. The highest ascent in one day was 1250m (day 7). The trek was approximately 115km in length. Our tour operator was Waroma Eco Tours Peru — and we were really happy with their service. These days spent in the Peruvian mountains will stay in our memories forever.
