God, I Place This Day in Your Hands | Morning Prayer for Strength, Rest, and Trust

Before the day unfolds… before the plans, expectations, responsibilities, and quiet worries begin to take up space… this morning prayer is an invitation to pause and place today back into God’s hands. If you’re waking up already feeling pressure — mentally rehearsing what might be hard, worrying about what needs to go right, or carrying a sense that today has to be managed carefully — you are not alone. Many of us begin our days bracing instead of trusting, holding instead of receiving.
