Why is mental health issues more prevalent among creative people? In this video, we discuss this with a couple of filmmakers and a doctor who just started his own YouTube channel. I’m a Norwegian filmmaker and as a person who has to think creatively and come up with original ideas, I’ve seen that this can be a struggle. I’ve seen friends getting depressed on the pressure of creating. So I’ve gathered some filmmaking friends and a doctor to talk about this. And it felt good, almost therapeutic to simply talk about this. That’s why I wanted to share our conversation with you. And what the doctor said was quite interesting.
