I’m Chef Joya, Ciao Ingredients: 1 lb of cleaned and snapped green beans 1 lb of small Yukon gold potatoes, cleaned skin on 1 red onion, sliced 1 yellow onion, sliced 4 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chunked 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of vegan butter 1 lb of vegan sausage, sliced 1 tbsp of red house seasoning 1 tbsp of Just Magic 1 tbsp of Marsala wine 2 bay leaves 1/8 tsp of liquid smoke Enough water to cover potatoes 1 tsp of vegan Worcestershire A few dashes of hot sauce 1 tsp of vegan chicken bouillon 1 tsp of brown sugar 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper Instructions: Heat oil in a pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add sliced vegan sausage and cook until brown and firm. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze the pan with Marsala wine and stir. Add potatoes and Just Magic seasoning. Stir to combine. Cover with water and add vegan chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes. Add in green beans, red bell pepper, red house seasonings, vegan Worcestershire, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, liquid smoke, and vegan butter. Stir to combine. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, depending on the texture you want your beans to be. Add vegan sausage back in to the pot and stir.
