THE MOST SCENIC route in Sri Lanka! Mahiyangana to Ramboda Bike ride...

Today was a different start, I had to wake up early in the morning before the sunrise, to go do a boat ride in the Sorabora lake while I get to witness the sun rising above the lake. Thereafter I left Kevan's Casa, Mahiyangana and rode towards Ramboda without knowing that it's going to be the best bike ride ever!! Check their property;   / kevans_casa.  . This was a new route that I took, which was suggested by Mr. Asanka from Kevan's Casa. The Randenigala lake was absolutely incredible, I couldn't stop my emotions flowing out. B492 is one the most scenic routes I've ever seen in Sri Lanka. You should definitely try it out! It started to rain heavily after I passed Gampola, I got soaked! Anyhow I managed to reach ramrod and randomly I saw this Hotel, Tea Bush by Oakray and I stopped to check their property. I was awestruck by the views they had from the hotel and ofcourse by the hotels interior. It was totally worth my stay and the rate was very reasonable for such a hotel with such services. The view of the tea estates and the waterfall from my room was something to remember.
