I was asked to do a Review of the new Viofo A129 Plus Duo, I didn't want to throw it in my vehicle grab some footage , share it and waffle on a little . I wanted to do a long term usage test of the dash camera to see if there are any negatives as well as the sexy video quality. This is the 3rd in the A129 dual dash camera models from Viofo to be released, I personally already use the Viofo A129 Duo and love it , it records brilliantly in 1080p front and rear. I also have done a review for the A129 Pro Duo which is the 4K version ( front , 1080p rear ), both are brilliant cameras and do a superb job especially for the price. Now new on the market we have a dual camera setup of the Viofo A129 Plus Duo that is kind of in the middle of the 1080p duo and 4K Pro with the A129 Plus Duo. Is it any good??? Yes it is very good , It wasn't good when I first received it because the firmware was so new Viofo had to send me the general release firmware to get it to play ball properly but then all was good and it performed faultlessly for over 10 weeks (currently still installed in my car and being used) and being Capacitor dash cameras I expect them to last a very very many years, I'm yet to have a capacitor camera fail on me, I've had loads of battery cameras die on me though. The VIOFO A129 Plus Duo is a 2K QHD dual-channel dash cam from VIOFO and is one of the Best Budget-Friendly Dual-Channel dash cams of 2020 end of story. If you want the smooth front 2K 60fps video footage without the Pro versions issue of overheating ( so I'm told ) this camera didn't get warm at all and recorded everything asked of it and synced to my Bluetooth button perfectly.
