The aggrieved party had approached the Supreme Court of India to cancel Ashish Mishra Monu’s bail but the Government of Uttar Pradesh seemed reluctant to file the petition for cancellation of his bail. However, the SIT probing this case had written twice to the Govt of UP but in its reply, the UP Govt has said that they didn’t find any such recommendation. The Supreme Court has found the serious lapse and the prosecution has said that it is contemplating filing an SLP demanding cancellation of Ashish Mishra’s bail. In the next question, Anand Vardhan Singh talks about the English paper leak of Intermediate of UP Board due to which this paper has been canceled in 24 districts. There have been numerous cases of various paper leaks in UP and so far the Yogi Adityanath Government has failed to stop such incidents. Lakhs of aspirant and examinees suffer due to paper leak and their career gets destroyed. Finally, he talks about Biocon Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar Shaw who has tweeted to Karnataka Chief Minister Bommai to stop spreading religious hatred which is going the harm India’s leadership in the Software and Biotech industry.
