The celebration commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag by Dr. Muzaffar Jan, Medical Superintendent of Lal Ded Hospital, alongside Prof. Samiya Mufti, In-Charge Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The event witnessed the presence of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Resident Medical Officer (RMO), Medical Officers, paramedical staff, ministerial staff, sanitary workers, and other dignitaries. In his address, Dr. Muzaffar Jan praised the commitment and tireless efforts of the hospital staff in delivering quality healthcare services. He expressed special gratitude to those who donated blood, acknowledging their significant role in saving countless lives.
