How much responsibility do you take for your breakup? Yep, that’s a tough question and probably a bit of a touchy subject. But it’s an important one, especially if what you want is to heal from the often uncomfortable and painful experience of transitioning out of a partnership. We sometimes tend to avoid the painful truth’s of our own part in what went “wrong” because, let’s face it, it’s so much easier to pass the blame then face the shadows in ourselves. However, when we do this we actually miss a huge opportunity for growth and expansion, as well as healing and forgiveness.
