Mix all ingredients in mutton and marinate for 2 to 4 hour Heat oil add whole all spice then add marinate mutton, tomato, rice, screw pine essence, yellow food color, green masala and green chilies simmer for 30 to 45 minute. ---------------------------------------------------------- Aalu Dahi ki Sabzi Ingredients:Oil 1/4 cup Bay leaf 1 Cinnamon 1 stick Carom seeds 1/2 tsp Whole red chilies 4 Onion chopped 1 Turmeric ½ tsp Cumin 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg Water 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Salt ½ tsp All spice powder ½ tsp Dried fenugreek 1 tsp Coriander finely chopped 2 tbsp Method: In a pan heat oil and fry potatoes and remove .then add cumin and carom seeds crack and then add chopped onion and cook .then add cinnamon ,bay leaves ,whole red chili ,ginger garlic paste and potatoes and yogurt add and roast then add water and dry fenugreek and all spices add and cook for 10 minutes .finally add green coriander and serve .
