This will make you a stronger boss and better leader of your company." Steve uses his self-reflection practice as a discipline and as a strategy for being a high functioning human being who knows about the importance of having tough talks. Dealing with people's money and their dreams the way a construction company must do, means that there are times when not everything is going according to plan. Having a strong network of supporters and professionals that he can call on means that he can manage his emotions more carefully.
