Before you go to POEA, make sure to print out your E-Registration POEA resume. Also, obtain and print your PEOS certificate. Aside from that, set an appointment schedule for your POEA e-receipt or Overseas Employment Certificate application by sending a message to the email address below. DirecthirePhase1Eval@poea.gov.ph Here are the list of requirements you have to bring with you when you go to POEA office: Bring the originals and have atleast three photocopies of each document. Bring a long white folder with you too. 1. E-Registration to POEA 2. PEOS Certificate 3. Valid Passport 4. Visa 5. Notice of Appointment with Terms and Conditions 6. Letter from Japan Information and Culture Center 7. Medical Certificate from POEA-accredited medical laboratories or clinics 8. All Laboratory results 9.
