On rails, sit in the car and shoot the enemies, focus on the rpg enemies first, but nothing you do will gain or lose time. When the rpg spawns pick it up and fire a few shots at the helicopter, you need to fire at least one to avoid failing. After you crash nothing can save time again, so just stay behind the car to the right with Price and snipe people, this way there should be no grenades thrown at you. If you are too far back you can die from the truck exploding. The final section can be sped up by having higher fps, like in The Sins Of The Father, so try looking into the sky as much as possible, though the game mostly controls your camera here. After you get the pistol shooting the 3 enemies faster or slower doesn’t really matter, as long as you shoot them the crosshair will fade about 10 seconds after it appears.
