🇯🇵 Kobe Beef Bento in Japan: • I Tried Japan's Self-Heating KOBE BEEF Ben... 👉 SUBSCRIBE for more: / @markwiensabroad 👕 T-shirts: https://store.migrationology.com/ Today we’re taking a day trip to Kamakura from Tokyo, Japan! In this video I’ll be giving you all the details about how to take this amazing day trip and everything you should do, see, and especially eat when you visit this amazing city. Kamakura is about an hour away from Tokyo, along the coast, and it’s a perfect place for a day trip when you have an extra day in Tokyo, Japan. From Tokyo Station, we caught the normal train to Kita-Kamakura Station (actually the station before the main Kamakura station - we got off early in order to hike.) Shintomi Ramen and Sushi (https://maps.app.goo.gl/L3GVo7SpDdjF9...) - First we stopped for some food at the nearest ramen restaurant. It was simple and good. Verve Coffee Roasters (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yjxoxjPkU92B3...) - And before hiking I needed some energy! Daibutsu Hiking Trail - This was a highlight of the day, even though it was a bit muddy. It takes about an hour and there are great views and lots of nature along the way. Shirasu Cafe Kamakura Jinbei (https://maps.app.goo.gl/3vfKiBfRA7Umm...) - One of the reasons I really wanted to visit Kamakura on a day trip from Tokyo was to eat shirasu - the delicacy of Kamakura which are little translucent fish called whitebait.
