SOCIAL SERVICE CONDUCTED AT AALO STADIUM FOR UPCOMING HDMT UNDER-16 // WEST SIANG DISTRICT AALO//

Aalo, West Siang District | 7 March 2026 Prominent social workers Shri Kento Ete, General Secretary of DFA and Vice President of the District Olympic Association (DOA), along with Shri Nyatum Bagra, President of the District Olympic Association (DOA), Aalo West Siang District Unit, have expressed gratitude to Hon’ble Minister Kento Jini for taking action regarding the termination of the company responsible for the delayed construction of the Aalo Stadium. They also appreciated Shri Eken Bam, APCS, CO-cum-BDO Aalo, for his initiatives and active role in social service activities and development works in the area. They further appealed to the public to maintain a neat and clean environment in and around Aalo town. At the same time, they encouraged young players to actively participate in the Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy (HDMT) Under-16 Tournament, which aims to promote sports and youth development in the district. The leaders also urged the younger generation to stay away from drugs, gambling, and other harmful activities, and instead focus on sports, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.
