I am happy with how this turned out. It took me years to get my toss high enough. I stayed at the same strength level the entire time. Every time I stunted I tried to figure something else out that helps with power. Here is my list of what I have found. Strength certainly has a part in how high you can actually toss, however we all can make our tosses higher by using some of the tips in this video. Shout out to @kollinmarkcockrell for letting me use his video. (I said he was absurdly strong in the video, however I don't want you to think that he is all muscle. He is so much technique as well. Kollin is strong and technical! That is what makes him ridiculous at stunting. Just clarifying.
