I am only now realizing I forgot to post this, so getting it out now as well. Romancing difficulty makes these guys hit like a truck, while also giving 0 chill due to massive HP. I decide to have some fun with the battles and mess with them. With Kzinssie-1, I give Gerard the Undying trait and make him fall on purpose. Soulsteal connects and it even shows a -99 LP like in the original game, except that it doesn't work and he's still alive. This messes up the cutscenes and it's very funny Before the subsequent fights, I grinded out battle rank to max and made sure to spark almost every possible tech. Most notably, the Life Blade tech for evasion tanking, and all of the Seven Heroes' offensive spells. I also went out of my way to get all fusion spells, which included dying on purpose to Subier in the sunkern ship, and to Bokohn in the Landship. Remember that last part. And so it begins. Rocbouquet and Wagnas are fairly easy. Not much to say there. Bokohn has a unique dialog which I show in this video-- if you die to him previously in a run in which you forgave him and he ambushed you, then you will be able to see through his trick and jump him. Told you that dying to him on purpose came back! Noel, Dantarg, and Subier all have one thing in common. Wraith Form and the respective Benison makes you invincible, and you can let poison chip damage do the rest for you. Dantarg form 5 is immune to poison, so you want to use Eris' Bow to channel a wind/fire spell to hit his weakness, then do Overdrive. For some reason you can bypass the restriction on tech usage here with Overdrive. Kzinssie-2 was out of his league, as I had Final emperor, Souji, Vader, Kongming, and Hannibal. There was nothing he could do against this hyper offense Imperial Force onslaught. Those of you with a sharp eye will notice the order in which I did these guys is the same as as a nonstandard Final Emperor run in the original RS2. Unfortunately, this is not something doable in this game. All possible routes lead to Subier triggering a timeskip, thus forcing you to get Final Emperor. Doing so will trigger a unique dialog change, in which Kzinssie straight up says he;s at the Nazelle instead of it being revealed later on. You can still do the Sealed Cave to get loot, but he will not be there per the blood oath of the Seven. We have a Discord server for this Youtube channel now!
