The name means that I want to share various desserts and baking recipes while experimenting in my sweet little lab.☺️ Today, for my first video, I’ve prepared a visually stunning chocolate ganache cookie recipe that’s perfect as a Valentine’s Day gift 💖 These chocolate ganache cookies are soft and moist at room temperature, and if you store them in the fridge or freezer, they become rich and dense in texture. Personally, I highly recommend eating them frozen! I wanted to decorate them in a pink theme, so I used strawberry cookies, freeze-dried fruit, and sprinkles, but feel free to decorate them however you like!
