This is an amazing lower-body strength training workout to build muscle! It will target your quadriceps, hamstrings, glute complex, thighs, and calves. This is a great at-home workout because you need little space and minimal equipment! The structure of today's workout will be a mix of reps and time to keep it challenging and fun! We will have two rounds, one focused on all strength to build muscle in the main lower body muscles and finally a glute burnout round to perk and tighten the glutes! 30-MINUTE LEG DAY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS - The ideal weight for this workout is moderately heavy to heavy!
