Mutton Saoji recipe in Hindi Saoji Mutton Ingredients Saoji masala recipe Saoji mutton meaning NAGPURI DHABA STYLE MUTTON NAGPURI TARRI MUTTON | सावजी मटण झणझणीत मटण MARATHA MUTTON #mutton #muttoncurry #how #saoji #spicymutton STUFF NEEDED FOR 1 KG MUTTON ----------------------------------------------------------------- 1. 4-5 Medium size Onion 2. Adrak Lasun Paste 3. Palak 4. Tejpan & khada masala (Dalchini, Mire, Eliachi) 5. Homemade Saoji masala/ Any meat masala 6. Kothimbir/ Dhaniya 7. Kanda Lasun Masala 8. Mutton 1 kg Process ------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 1: finely chop the onion (ekdam barik slices) and shallow fry it in a kadhai till it becomes brown in color and let a few portions of it burn. Step 2: make Adrak lasun(4-5 spoon) paste, palak (100 gm) paste, and our shallow fried onion paste. step 3: Take a cooker for cooking mutton/meat (not full but 75% cook rest will be cooked in curry). Add 2-3 spoon of oil, add adrak lasun paste 1 spoon, mix it well, and then add mutton. step 4. after 2 minutes add water to the amount of gravy you want and let it be till the mutton is half of 75% cooked. step 5: Till the time mutton is getting cooked, take a kadhai and add 5-6 spoon oil in it, add khada masala and stir it for 1 min then add adark lasun paste stir it for 2 min then add Kanda paste stir it for 3 min then add palak paste and let it be for 2 min. step 6: Add Kanda lasun masala 4-5 spoons stir it for 3 min then add Saoji Masala and stir it till the point you don't see oil floating on the surface of the masala. step 7: add little water and let it be there for 10 mins to see oil floating on the masala. step 8: after that add 75% cooked mutton and stock in gravy and let it be there till the mutton gets fully cooked. step 9: add salt according to your taste and garnish with coriander.
