It is sad to report that, FF games are no longer the superstar in the video game industry as it once was. From being one of the most popular and highest selling JRPS, no, all RPG of all time to now struggling to even reach 5 million sales. I know SQUARE ENIX wouldn't be watching this video, but on the off chance they do please Square listen to some of my points on the Marketing! A Game this amazing (FFVII Rebirth) should be one of the highest selling games of 2024 but it is not (from reports we have seen). Market, Market, Market Square moving forward please. I know the sales has increased by around 200% week on week due to apparently its GOTY Nomination. Of course black Friday sales helped, but wouldn't be surprised if GOTY buzz helped much the game out there more....basically MARKETING! That is the main takeaway I want from SquareEnix, is please Promote these games especially to newer, younger, teenager audience so FF as a series will continue to thrive.
