Hi folks, The Netherlands doesn't have very strict quarantine rules. The most important rule that the habitants obey is to keep the 1,5m physical distance. The bars are closed, the restaurants are only allowed to take away. Other places like supermarkets and coffee shops are getting a limited amount of people at the same time. As far as I see, people usually hang out in the parks as much as they respect the 1,5m rule (Amsterdamers are good at keeping the distance btw) Anyhow people do not really tend to go outside and hang out too much of course. In this video, you will see some of the very popular (and normally extremely crowded and touristic) spots in Amsterdam during rush hour where we see only a few people around doing jogging or biking.
