If you are having problems on eBay with an item which hasn't turned up and the seller isn't responding to messages, this is the video for you! The good news is that as a buyer, you are in a strong position because eBay and all of the major payment systems like banks and credit cards will usually help you out if you get scammed or if, for whatever reason, you don't get your item or timely refund from the seller. There are several methods of getting your money back, some via eBay with or without help from the seller, plus other more drastic ways like getting a chargeback via your bank or credit card. Some of the options are: send more messages open a case for an item not received open a 'not as described' case (you probably don't need to do this unless you open the 'not received case and then close it again by mistake) Get help from an eBay customer service agent Do a chargeback (the nuclear option) In my last two videos have some crossover with this one with regards to opening cases, items not arriving and also selling digital and in-game items and the issues with that, which is what spawned this video in the first place.
