Este vídeo mostra a implementação prática do sistema de Voto Acessível, utilizado durante o ato eleitoral para os órgãos sociais da Associação do Porto de Paralisia Cerebral (APPC), realizado no dia 28 de março de 2025. Esta apresentação faz parte do Projeto Europeu Vote4All, que tem como objetivo promover e capacitar pessoas com paralisia cerebral e outras deficiências, bem como organizações, na defesa do direito à participação política. Entre os dias 07 e 11 de abril de 2025, Portugal recebeu a terceira visita de estudo do projeto, centrada no tema do voto acessível. Esta visita permitiu conhecer de perto a solução premiada de voto acessível desenvolvida pela FAPPC – Federação das Associações Portuguesas de Paralisia Cerebral, em parceria com a IBM/Softinsa, além de aprofundar o entendimento sobre o funcionamento das estruturas democráticas em Portugal, desde a Assembleia da República até ao poder local. This presentation is part of the European Project Vote4All, which aims to promote and empower people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, as well as organizations, in defending the right to political participation. Between April 7 and 11, 2025, Portugal hosted the project’s third study visit, focused on the theme of accessible voting. This visit provided an opportunity to learn firsthand about the award-winning accessible voting solution developed by the FAPPC – Portuguese Federation of Cerebral Palsy Associations, in partnership with IBM/Softinsa, while also deepening the understanding of how democratic structures work in Portugal, from the Parliament to local government.
