slow living in Santa Marta- nature, waterfalls, & self-reflections

spend a VERY slow day with me in Santa Marta located on the beautiful coast of Colombia! i've been coming here for the last 2 years, fun fact, i took my yoga teacher training here back in 2024! i always come back to this place when i want to have a slower pace of living, connect with nature, and honestly allow my nervous system to fully reset before going back out into the world. i've had to make a lot of life changes in the last year and a lot of it happened so fast. i am still processing many of these changes. but in addition to the life changes, i also changed so much when it comes to my mindset and how i view the world. so i want to start documenting that aspect as much as i can. this day i went to the waterfall for the third time....there were a lot more people than expected because of high season. i didnt get to do as much grounding as i thought, but i definitely made up for it by going to bed HELLA early... anyway i hope you enjoy a day in my life! much love, kai
