Railroad Switching, New Customer, Switching Rusty RR Spur, Last Train Flashback & First Trains Back!

Railroad Switching An Industrial Spur Abandoned 8 Years Ago! One Of The First Trains Back & Flashback To Last Norfolk Southern Train On This Line! Short Line Railroad Action In Peebles, Ohio. Rusty rail before and after train. Cincinnati Eastern Railroad CCET working the east end of the line. First we see the siding for the lumber company that was last used on 4-24-2014. I have videos of the last Norfolk Southern train that took 2 days to clear the line and to this day there has not been another NS train on this line. CCET leases the line from NS. The train is seen going east through Peebles to get the engines on the other end of the train at Plum Run. Since the switch for the siding was facing the train, they had to run to the end of the line, do some switching at the quarry and then return with the engines at the other end of the train. We get a get look over the train as it returns to Peebles after leaving the hopper cars at the quarry at Plum Run, Ohio. After the train passes under us we see the GP15-1 shove 5 gondola cars into the siding to load with untreated railroad ties. The SD40-2 was left on the main and did not enter the siding out of precaution. After the cars were spotted for McCoy Lumber we see the 2 locomotives pass the Main Street railroad crossing on its way back to Hanson quarry. This is Part 2. This was a rare Sunday train and Part 1 shows the train on its eastbound run. This is also the same train that I filmed on its eastbound run on Friday the 8th. That is when the train started its run from Afton Yard to Plum Run, switching customers on the way. Thanks for watching!
