The particular Impala in this video is a 2009 3.9L LTZ. The issues I experienced which led to this fix included an annoying clicking noise coming from the dash as well as the heating/ cooling HVAC controls and air direction controls not working properly. This video shows all 3 locations for the HVAC air blend door actuators. They are located on the driver side within the footwell area and the passenger side behind the glovebox.
