In Chicago, Sircie Varnado was shot inside a Walgreens and the company could be facing legal trouble. The night manager suspected Varnado of shoplifting and called a friend, a former security guard. Witnesses said the man confronted Varnado and falsely identified himself as a Chicago police officer.
