Ingredients: For stuffing-- Dhuli moong daal (split, skinned Green beans) - 1/2 cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1 pinch GInger paste - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp For aloo mixture--- Boiled, Peeled and grated potatoes - 600 g (4nos.)
