Complete Rewire! FJ40 body harness

In this video we completely gut this old Land Cruiser of its wiring and replace it all. I install new Motor Meter gauges from Amazon in hopes to freshen the look of the dash. I expected to get what I paid for but in this case they didn't even function. After reading a lot of reviews on these gauges a lot of people are saying the same thing. The Tach is programmable with a button on the back and comes with no instructions to actually make it work. The Speedometer worked during the first drive for about 5 minutes and then read 80mph for a while, then 10mph and never read correctly again. After fooling with it for an hour I just pulled them out to go back. The new Autometer gauges are fantastic and very accurate. Enjoy!!
