Just across from Grønnegata 53 there's an office building with another Orona, though it's an older model this time. Again, it carries the "Heis-Tek" logo on the floor indicator since Heis-Tek (a Norwegian elevator company) installed this elevator. However, one can still see the Orona logo on the LOPs as well as on the COP between the floor buttons and floor indicator. Maintenance is no longer carried out by Heis-Tek, instead KONE does it now as indicated by their stickers on the COP. The reason for this is most likely because Heis-Tek has been acquired by Swedish construction elevator maker Alimak Group in 2014 so they've stopped distributing Orona elevators. Orona in Norway is currently represented by another company called Heis1, which is now part of the Orona Group. This elevator replaced an old 1970 ASEA-KONE elevator in 2014. For some reason the control board is installed on the 5th floor. The top floor was locked out, and pressing the button will cause it to flash for a few seconds.
