Cody Lindsay is a veteran, chef and a marijuana advocate, that goes by the name 'The Wellness Chef', and today he is joining us to share his journey from being in the military to being a chef today. Cody started in the military fresh out of high school and after being home had developed PTSD. He was introduced to cannabis and found it was helping his symptoms more than that of the prescribed medications, as such he had switched and is now a medical cannabis consumer. Cody has continued the journey of culinary greatness and is now a Red Seal Chef and a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation of Chef’s and Cook’s. As a contribution to the industry Cody created a website http://thewellnesschef.ca/ to help other veterans with meditation, fitness, health and overall wellness.
