All points shown are for the myWW Green Plan Beef Enchiladas 4sp per Enchilada Ingredients: (This was put into my WW recipe builder in the app) -La Banterita Carb Counter tortillas 4 tortillas (5sp) -Trader Joe's Extra Lean Ground Beef 8oz (5sp) -Great Value Fat Free Shredded Cheese 112gm (2sp) -Trader Joe's Enchilada Sauce 1C (3sp) -Great Value Sliced California Ripe Olives 24gm (1sp) -Great Value Chopped Green Chilies 4ish TBS (0sp) -Seasonings: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Pepper, Chili Powder, and Dehydrated Chopped Onion -Pyrex/ Casserole dish Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook extra lean ground beef over med/high heat on the stove for about 6-10min until beef is cook through. Measure out 8oz cooked beef, 112g/1C fat free shredded cheddar cheese, 1C enchilada sauce, 24g sliced olives, 4ish TBS diced green chilies. Lay out 4 tortillas. Per each tortilla: 2 oz lean ground beef to each tortilla, 28gm shredded cheese (reserve some for the top), 1 spoonful enchilada sauce, 1TBS diced green chilies, olives (reserve a few for the top). Repeat with remaining 3 Pour a little bit of that enchilada sauce to the bottom of the casserole dish/pyrex, make sure the bottom is completely coated. Start laying enchiladas seam side down (if there is fall out just put back in the enchilada. Add the remainder of your enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, and sliced olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
