Home-Ground Flour cookbook - https://amzn.to/3uheoGs Our wheat grinder - https://amzn.to/3fF5XPS Quiche (1 casserole dish) - 8 eggs 1 cup milk (of your choice) 1 cup mayonnaise Frozen spinach or other greens ( I use 24 oz) 2 cups grated cheese (of your choice) 1 tsp salt Some pepper Whisk together eggs, milk, and mayo. Add in the rest of the ingredients and bake covered at 400 degrees for 50 minutes… then uncovered for another 10 minutes. Creamy Paprika Chicken (this is a huge batch) 6 lbs skin-on chicken thighs Paprika Salt Pepper 1 stick butter 1 head garlic Mushrooms (or peas!) Loads of fresh spinach 2-3 cups chicken broth 3 cups heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup cream cheese Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides and fry in the butter for 3 minutes per side. Remove to a baking dish. Cook the garlic and mushrooms or peas in the remaining butter. Add in chicken remaining ingredients and cook until the spinach is cooked down. Add the spinach cream mixture to the chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. We ate it with potatoes! (And mashed cauliflower for low carb.)
