Y’all KNOW they had some great songs on that show, but…I wanna zhoosh it ‼️😩 zhoosh it up starts playing ♡ I actually have 3 VERSIONS of Sassy Girl: Original demo {empty bridge}, Bridge-added "final" SSG, and now the 2024 version!! ♡ I ALSO put off releasing this song for another big reason: I was actually uncomfortable with the original lyrics! In the OG version, she says: "Baby, you can see it, as I'm shaking my sass" 🫣 Obviously that made me uncomfortable to even play around my family! So after making the Spanish lyrics, which has many versions as well, I went back in and changed the English to match! 🥹💗🧡 ♡ Another huge part of this song is its theme: Aristocats! 🐱🎀✨👑💎 Marie is the SASSIEST girl, so ofc I had to make myself her for this! IMAGINE IF SHE WAS A PRINCESS!!! 😩 ♡ Now I do want to speak about something and clarify: I am ❗️NOT❗️ promoting girls being brats, having bad attitudes, or being rude to others. I am promoting women having confidence and working hard at their goals with fierce passion and drive.
