A beautiful 2007 Ibanez ARC 500 NT Custom Artist Series Quilted Top Set Neck Model Guitar. This guitar is in outstanding shape. Hardly a ding anywhere on it. Comes complete with a Brand New Hard Shell Case! Only made one year. What a cool guitar! Check out that Quilted Top with the wood bindings. Fully bound body and neck with WOOD!! It's just beautiful!! Here's some info on these really cool guitars. The ARC500 is an ARC series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. The ARC line is a part of the Artist series, with a Les Paul-style single cutaway arched-top body with a short, rounded lower horn. The ARC500 features a mahogany body with a quilted maple top bound with wood and a set-in mahogany neck with a smooth heel and a 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with elegant floral position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with individual volume controls, a fixed bridge with tailpiece and recessed knobs. The ARX500 is a similar model with a double-cutaway body with pointed horns. The ARC500 was discontinued after 2007 along with the rest of the ARC series. They are just awesome. They are full of tone and very proud. You will get noticed when you rip your leads with this guitar. These pickups really sing! I also love the fine tuning bridge on this guitar. Not hard to manage like a Floyd Rose. Just tune your guitar close and use the fine tuner knob to adjust the pitch just right on your tuner or in your ear. Really cool feature on this guitar. We also had to notice the cool Wood Knobs that match the Custom Wood Truss Rod Cover. Lots of wood on this guitar to include the wood bindings. Gotta love the looks of this one! The guitar is set up with awesome playing low action with a new set of 10 guage Dr Ducks Strings. The guitar has a 24 3/4 inch scale neck and the nut measures a full 1 3/4 inches. Big hands will like this one. It weighs 7 lbs 3 oz. Not nearly as heavy as most Les Paul Guitars. We are shipping it in the shown Brand New Glary Hard Shell Case.
