On October 19th, 2017, Lyman Good filed a lawsuit against Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Jared Wheat, Gaspari Nutrition, and The Vitamin Shoppe over an allegedly tainted Anavite multivitamin supplement. He alleges that it contained 1-Androstenedione, which is what he apparently popped for in an MMA drug test. There's only one issue: we found a sealed bottle from that lot and had it tested for both 1-DHEA and 1-Androstenedione to 99.9% accuracy - and *none was detected by the lab*! We currently have the following issues: 1. Lyman Good's lawsuit does not show lab tests, state the lot number, or even show a receipt 2. USADA placed this supplement lot on the high-risk supplements list, but did not show their lab test or provide a 3rd-party one. 3. USADA has not shared Lyman Good's blood test 4. Lyman Good is also suing another company -- Millennium Sport Technology -- over a different product alleged to have 1-Androstenedione as well. Only problem is, that one is batch-tested by BSCG (https://www.bscg.org/certified-drug-f.... 5. We couldn't find the alleged compound -- or its "prehormone" 1-DHEA -- inside the same batch of Anavite! Further, as we've seen with the FDA lawsuit debacle, USADA has previously paid researchers for lab tests, but did not disclose the FULL results of that lab test (which found natural amounts of the stimulant in geranium).
