By integrating SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma spheroids, we demonstrate how flow-enhanced 3D models offer a more accurate assessment of mycotoxin toxicity compared to traditional static models. Our findings highlight the critical role of culture models in evaluating mycotoxin-induced neurotoxicity.
