In the Dominican Republic, Jason is livid and baffled that Brenda refused to sign the annulment papers. She tells him she couldn't go through with it because of Jax -- things are moving too fast with them. Every time she is about to be happy, something goes wrong and she doesn't want to chance it. Jason wonders why she doesn't just tell Jax the truth and she says it's because he'll think it's because of Sonny. Jason asks her if that's true. She says no. Brenda asks Jason if they can just file for annulment back in Port Charles which will take longer. He agrees on one condition: that when they get in front of the judge, she signs. She agrees.
