It was completely new experience as there was no one to guide and tell what resources to follow or how to google and ask google devatha for help. I was the only one in the team of 8 members who continuously failed to give the MCQ tests which were conducted by my manager and finally after 10 exams i was at the least marks. One day my manager called me to the cabin and said Praveen Singampalli we are releasing you from the project and to be very honest i got tears in my eyes. I stood strong and came out of cabin and went to my team mates to express this issue they stood with me and asked me to prepare my resume as the very next day i was getting released and was about to move to bench pool. I prepared my resume and uploaded un the Infosys job portal and the very next day got a call from Toyota manager in Toyota North America account. I felt happy as i got cleared the interview and also the project was completely from scratch and the team was really good.
