Today, there are more than 40 million men, women and children worldwide impacted by human trafficking. About 30 percent of those exploited are children. As followers of Jesus, God has called us to speak up and work towards justice for those experiencing oppression. God cares about those who are oppressed and exploited, and we should too. The Salvation Army marks the final Sunday of September as the Annual Day of Prayer for Victims of Human Trafficking by corporately crying out for justice and freedom. If you need help, or think someone is being trafficked please call the National Hotline 1-888-3737-888. For more resources go to SAJustice.us.
