During the refurbishment, new additions and features were added including a new underwater tunnel, a Shark Walk, a revamped Pacific Ocean tank and a complete rerouting of the exhibit. In May 2011, the aquarium opened a new penguin exhibit, with 10 Gentoo penguins transferred from Edinburgh Zoo and in 2015, the aquarium was moved to a different location in County Hall due to the opening of Shrek's Adventure! London. Tickets for Sea Life are currently £27 for a standard ticket however you can purchase multi-attraction tickets if you plan to visit other Merlin Attractions close by such as Shrek's Adventure, London Eye, the London Dungeons or Madame Tussauds. Sea Life Aquarium London is included in the Merlin Annual Pass and is free to enter for all pass holders. Restrictions may apply to some dates depending on the type of pass. Pre-booking is required currently and a time slot needs to be selected.
