Healing Frequency for Healing with the Element Air

Healing with the element of Air. Air is a cleansing and rejuvenating element. Air has the quality of moist and warm, its direction is east, its color yellow, its planet Jupiter, its season spring, and the time of the day is morning at sunrise. Through the element of air, we can learn to be subtle and go with the flow as air is constantly moving. Air gives us life force energy, prana, and offers us breath. We can tune in to the energy of this element to be fresh, crisp, and clear and avoid becoming too stagnant. This healing music uses Substantia physical modeling within a glass setting with long and sustained release to capture the swells of air.
