Cadiz city downtown. A bit of feedback on the lack of wifi availability & a view of a Piso machine

Went to Cadiz city to get replacement parts for the Minion (van) and drove by the main gathering park has a big sculpture of a whale in it (almost life sized). Amazing amount of scenery definitely a great spot to hang out if a single guy and new here... the city is full of cheap hotels and decent food spots... sadly all the shops near the park don't sell beer and their Piso (paid wifi machines) were broken or not active... huge loss of potential income for these businesses.... did find a active one at a nice small shop called Pamaybay copy center. so holed up and did some uploads with a 3% apple beer... then had to bail back to Manapla as started to rain....
