I place the magnet on a flat surface, cover it with a plaster, and fix it on the wart so that the yellow circle aligns with the wart’s center. An alternative method uses only the white ring and applies it not just to the wart, but to any other skin growth such as acne, atheroma, papilloma, nevus, etc. If you don’t have round flat magnets like mine, you can use magnetic needles. The magnetic field vector in these magnets runs from the white northern pole to the yellow southern one. To enhance the magnetic field’s effect, you can use this combination: place the white northern ring around the skin growth and magnetic needles around the perimeter. The next method is a successful combination of color and tape – TAPE COLOR. If desired, you can use tape instead of plaster, selecting the color according to the elemental principles. In this case, the wart represents an excess of dryness, so I choose red tape to slow it down. Another amazing Su Jok therapy method is treatment with seeds. In this method, we use a combination of the magnetic field of a live seed and its virtual force to grow and develop. The magnetic field vector of apple seeds runs from the narrow end to the wide one. Additionally, plant seeds have diverse shapes and colors that are actively used by Su Jok therapists for treatment. If you don’t have any magnets, use apple seeds, as I show here. If you also have tape, this method is called Seed Therapy + Tape Color. For very small warts in hard-to-reach places, I use a red marker and the coloring method.
