In the week building up to the season finale at Nashville, it was announced that IndyCar, would be having its own charter system, similar to that of Formula 1's Concorde agreement. The introduction has had a mixed response, and in this video, I give my reaction to the charter system, going through why it has been implemented, and also go through a section of the charter system, that I have a great concern about.
