Snapmaker U1 - ABS-GF Printing Test

In this video, I test printing ABS-GF filament on my Snapmaker U1 printer using the built-in "Autodesk FDM Test" handy model from SnOrca/Orca Slicer. You can easily add this handy test model yourself by right-clicking the build plate in the slicer. The results are impressive—no warping at all! This print was done with the SRIN custom top cover installed and my DIY ventilation fan cable connected to 4-pin PWM fan running ~5000 RPM. The fan is powered through the printer’s stock 6-pin ventilation port—I’ll cover the setup details in my next video. I used a modified version of the SnOrca generic ABS profile with the following key settings: Outer perimeter speed: 200 mm/s Inner perimeter speed: 300 mm/s Acceleration: 20,000 mm/s² What do you think of the print quality?
