Iranian dissident, Vice President, and Senior Fellow at the Yorktown Institute, Shay Khatiri, takes a closer look at the three men now leading the nation and why it matters for all of us. He contends one of them, Alireza Arafi, "has had a particular interest in Christianity," and calls Christians rivals and competitors to Islam. He says Arafi has expressed "worries about Christian converts and underground churches more than your average cleric." Khatiri contends that if Arafi succeeds Ayatollah Khamenei, he would crack down on the country's Christians. Also, Khatiri discusses why we have yet to see Iranians pouring out in the streets to seize control of their government, and he addresses the possibility of a prolonged civil war and insurgency inside Iran.
