Hoy os traigo una elaboración que hacia mucho tiempo tenía ganas de preparar, una Cesta de Pascua hecha con masa. A decir verdad, no debe ser necesariamente una cesta para Pascua, puede ser una cesta para acompañarnos en cualquier momento del año. Pero me apetecía decorarla con huevos de Pascua (estamos en época de ello) y flores frescas, simulando que hemos ido a buscarlos por el bosque y volvemos a casa con nuestro botín personal. Nunca está de más tener un poco de magia en nuestro día a día. El proceso de la masa es muy sencillo de llevar a cabo, tan solo tendremos que amasar y dejar reposar durante unas horas para favorecer que la masa se estire sin oponer resistencia. Además de lograr un acabado perfectamente liso y suave. La parte laboriosa, aunque entretenida, vendrá en el montaje de la cesta. En mi caso os he dejado este formato, pero podéis hacerla redonda, cuadrada, rectangular, ovalada... Como más os guste.
