Copyrighted Material -Life has thrown so many challenges my way—health struggles that left me feeling weak, financial pressures that seemed impossible, and the everyday problems that piled up weighing on my spirit. At first, I thought I was running away by not facing these things head-on with people. But I realized that turning to the Lord wasn’t avoidance—it was trust, faith, and surrender to His guidance. I even made my closet a prayer place, a personal space where God could rehabilitate me through prayer. Every time I came out of that prayer closet, He gave me a new song, on top of the ones I already had. That was a fresh reminder that He was working in me and through me. That journey of faith and song is what inspired “Turn to the Lord”—a reflection of how choosing God first, in every situation, brings strength, peace, and a new melody for life.
